Born On-Farm

We raise our parasite-resistant sheep, which we got from Greg Judy, from birth to slaughter on our farm. We do not buy-in feeder lambs which means you can be assured of exactly how they were raised and treated. Many farms buy in lambs from other farms or the sale barn to keep up with demand, but the way those animals were raised prior to arriving is often unknown. Make sure and ask if the animal you are eating was born on the farmer’s property. You are paying a premium, make sure and get what you are paying for.

Limited Availability

Because we raise our own sheep, we have a limited supply of lamb. But I can tell you, its worth the wait!
